We will terminate the membership of any person posting comments and ratings that are inappropriate or offensive or untrue. Termination of any person’s membership is without prejudice to our rights in respect of any breach of the terms of this agreement.
12.These terms and conditions and your membership of the site are governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

1.The cost of business membership is as detailed on our pricelist. The price you will be charged is calculated and displayed during the sign up process. Your period of business membership will start upon your agreement to these terms and conditions. You will then receive [90] days free business membership and the monthly fee will be payable on the [91st] day and monthly thereafter (in advance) until this contract is terminated by either party giving 1 month prior notice in writing. You cannot give notice until at least 9 monthly payments have been made.
2.The cost of monthly business membership may be increased by us upon giving you 1 month prior notice in writing. Prior notice of any change in the rate of VAT payable is not required and you agree to pay the monthly fee together with VAT at the prevailing rate.
3.Payment for membership must be made by credit card.
4.Business membership entitles you to the services identified on the website, as amended from time to time. In addition, whilst you are a business member you may use our logo [and/or link to our site]. Your right to use that logo will cease if your business membership ends.
