1. How do I unsubscribe?
We hope you find the services of I Use Joe useful. If however you do not wish to continue with the service please write to us at Subscriptions, I Use Joe Limited, Prince Albert House, 20 King Street, Maidenhead, Berkshire, UK. Please remember to tell us your username, email address and postal address. How and when your subscription is cancelled and your personal data removed from our servers will depend upon the contractual arrangements you agreed to when you signed up for the I Use Joe service.
2. Why has one of my contacts disappeared?
Contacts in I Use Joe are other members. Members can choose to share their contact details with other members. If a member decides to cancel their subscription then we remove all data relating to that user from our servers.
3. I've lost my username and password. Can you send me a reminder?
